Who you are

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own and lead projects across multiple clients, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work that meets client satisfaction and stays within budget, contributing to the agency's profitability. You will interface heavily with senior leads across departments, executing work, tracking team progress, and keeping everyone motivated. Your role will involve continually establishing credibility and maintaining leadership. With a solid understanding of project management methodology, you are responsible for identifying and resolving issues, managing risk, and developing detailed work plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project timelines to set agency and client expectations on timelines and day-to-day workflow.
  • Communicate project requirements and all supporting specifications to creative teams at project kick-off.
  • Ensure projects stay on track, flagging and communicating potential risks to the account team, as necessary.
  • Drive projects to ensure project progress according to tight timelines.
  • Manage and track OOP budgets, working closely with the internal finance team and external partners (i.e. MMG)
  • Monitor creative teams to ensure work is being developed on time and per deliverables outlined in brief.
  • Serve as liaison between business leadership team, creative teams, design, strategy teams
  • Route creative work through internal departments, including organizing creative and internal reviews.
  • Support producers across all mediums (print, digital, broadcast)
  • Prepare for, attend and participate in key client presentations.
  • Lead weekly internal team and status meetings
  • Resource creative teams per project requirements and scope allocation.
  • Coordinate monthly resource reconciliation/hours reports for clients, as needed
  • Build strong relationships with internal leadership
  • Align internal teams with a mutual understanding of deliverables and drive them to execution
  • Define project scopes, contribute to SOW assumptions, create staff plans, estimate budgets and produce timelines
  • Actively monitor risks and issues in a timely manner and drive teams to effective solutions
  • Proactively solve problems, be solutions-oriented, anticipating issues
  • Manage multiple clients/brands at once, including larger budget and more complex campaigns
  • Manage projects independently day-to-day
  • Interface with clients and partner vendors regularly
  • Maintain accurate timesheets agency-wide
  • Create and maintain project burn reports and work with finance team to track budgets
  • Maintain client status documents and contribute to status meetings
  • Maintain internal job tracker, including resource allocations

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency, Advertising Agency, or related field.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Commitment to contributing to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs Suite.
  • Familiarity with creative platforms like Keynote and Adobe.
  • Superior grammar skills.

The annual salary range for this position is set at $100,000-$120,000 as of the date of this job posting, in accordance with the Pay Transparency Act in New York. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the specific responsibilities associated with the position. StrawberryFrog reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and market conditions. In addition to the salary, the compensation package for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off, all subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's benefit plans.
